Barry M Limited Edition Christmas Glitter Nail Polish

A quick post today boys and girls and it's all about a snazzy festive nail polish available at the moment for limited time only and how you can get it for free!
This is one of the Limited Edition Christmas nail polishes from Barry M which is exclusive to Boots
Both Boots & Superdrug have 2 glitter designs each which you can only get exclusively in their stores - cool right?
This is one of the Boots glitters - a fabulous silver based multi glitter. Fabulous for the Christmas period and glamming up your nails!
I recently bought a couple of things online (in-store ordering) from Barry M so I was super  excited when I got my order to see that I had received a little something extra for free!
You actually get this for FREE when you spend £6 or more on Barry M products - cool huh?
It's so easy to spend on Barry M and you can easily get 2 items for around the £6 mark - so 3 products for approx £6 bargain!

Barry M is probably most famous for it's nail products. They are always up there with my favourite polishes and I have actually lost count of how many I own!

This glitter is gorgeous and perfect for any girly girl who wants a bit of glitz in her life!
Whether you are doing a subtle thin layer or a thick few coats this stuff looks great AND you can even pair it over the top of other colours too! Reds, whites and silvers would be perfect for Christmas themed nails!
I am so pleased with this new member of my Barry M family and even more so the fact it was free!
There are so many deals out there at the moment on high street/'drug-store' make-up brands so keep your eyes peeled when you purchase and maybe you could get someone a Christmas present for free (or treat yourself even more!)

Xmas Gift Guide : Lancome Hypnose Volumising Black Mascara Wardrobe Set

It's another Christmas Guide Gift post! It's just over a couple of weeks until the big day and if you're anything like me you're still rushing round trying to finish of your shopping!
Another one for the ladies today and it is this gorgeous mascara gift set from Lancome.
This is the Lancome Hypnose Volumising Black Mascara Wardrobe Set. A fabulous mascara set exclusively to Boots and boots.com.
This particular gift stood out to me mainly because of the price.
The set consists of  4 products. 1 full sized mascara and 3 mini mascaras - all for just £22 (worth £44) and seeing as the usual price for the Hypnose mascara on it's own is £22 , it is a total steal!

The products you receive in this set are :
Hypnose - Custom-Wear Volume Mascara 6.5ml
Hypnose Star - Show-Stopping Eyes Ultra Glam Mascara 2ml
Hypnose Doll Eyes - Doll Lash Effect Wide-Eye Look Mascara 2ml
Hypnose Drama - Instant Full Body Volume Mascara 2ml
Not only do you get a high quality full-sized mascara to add to your day-to-day make-up routine you also get 3 great minis to try and test - a fantastic way to find a new favourite!
Try out all 4 mascaras without a silly price tag - that way you can then re-purchase your favourite in full-size knowing that you will love love love it!
I cannot wait to start using this set and mixing up my mascaras each day - all the brushes look so different, I'm looking forward to seeing all the different effects and looks I can create aswell as hopefully finding a new holy grail mascara!

Have any of your tried any of these mascaras before? I always get excited about trying out new high-end make-up.

Botanics Shine Away Ionic Clay Mask Review

Face masks. A nice treat, a pampering session or a weekly ritual - these things are great at making us feel fabulous again.
Getting your skin feeling fresh and rejuvenated in just a matter of minutes - who wouldn't want to use them?!
I love trying out new masks so I thought I'd pick up this one from Botanics when I spotted it the other day and give it a go!

This is the Ionic Clay Mask from the Shine Away range. Botanics is actually a brand I've never used before. I've always looked at their products but this has been my first purchase from them - and I love it!
After reading the back and some of the information I was intrigued by the way in which this mask works.
As you can read below the oceanic clay used in the mask exhibits a negative electrical charge which helps draw out deep-rooted impurities..... sounds a bit crazy huh?
I imagined me putting this stuff on my face and maybe it starting to spark and then turning into a Jim Carrey Mask type person? .... but unfortunately not. (major sad face)
I decided to try this out on my day off - I woke up and cleansed my face (like it says) and then got down to business.
I squeezed out a healthy amount and started to apply it to all over my face, avoiding the obvious areas. Once I was done I sat down and relaxed for the 10 minutes it says to leave it.
After leaving for 10 minutes the mask was set and had gone from a dark grey/black colour to a light grey hard substance, the kind which is so tight it makes you unable to move your face and always wants to make me laugh!
I wiped off some of the excess mask and then washed my face with warm water and the mask came off with ease.
After splashing my face with some cold water after removal my face felt so soft and smooth  - I love fresh feeling skin - it makes me happy.
The only problem was that my face was a little red and patchy after using this mask, I was worried I was having a reaction but thankfully it didn't last long and was gone within the hour!
So next week when I use this I think I will use it in the evening (problem the time in which are you suppose to use a face mask!) then I can go to sleep and wake up looking totes fabulous!
Since using this clay mask my face has felt softer, smoother and alot more hydrated.
This mask was on offer when I bought it at only £4.99 - normal price is £6.99! This is going to fit into my skincare routine with ease - 10 minutes once a week? Easy!
Oh and because I know you all want to see it on..... here you go.

Limited Edition Soap & Glory - A Great Kisser Peppermint Lip Balm

Do you like lip balms?... Do you like Christmas?... and by any chance do you like Soap and Glory?
If you answered yes! YES! and duh? then I'm sure this is going to be something you are interested in!

I love getting hold of limited edition products, they always seem to be things that I end up loving and am always devastated that I can't get hold of them again!
This is a Limited Edition lip moisture balm from our beloved Soap & Glory! It is part of the A Great Kisser collection and I have been waiting so patiently for this to become avaiable! I spotted it online a good month ago and knew that I had to get my mitts on it as soon as possible!
I love lip balms, especially at this cold, harsh time of year here in England! Our lips can be so sensitive to the weather change and NO-ONE wants poorly chapped lips!

This stuff has been 'specially formulated to protect and moisturise lips' and boy oh boy does it work! It is a little stickier than other lip balms I own but it (suprisingly) doesn't bother me. It keeps my lips feeling hydrated and smooth for so long and not to mention the fact it makes them smell yummy!

This stuff has an amazing festive peppermint scent! Mint isn't always my favourite when it comes to lip products but I am totally sold by this one!
Not only do you smell amazing (who needs mints?!) but I definitely think this will help with my mince pie temptation - nothing is going to make me want to loose this yummy peppermint scent on my lips!
They are priced at £5 (at Boots), which I think is a really reasonable price, especially as it is a limited edition product!
Soap & Glory never fail to impress me and I may even try out some of the other 'A Great Kisser' lip balms now, I love the feel of them!

Get into the festive spirit and under that mistletoe with this badboy - you'll have them queuing up for a smooch!

Xmas Gift Guide : Benefit - Best Of Benefit Gift Set

Benefit. One of my favourite brands to splash out on and indulge in when I can afford too (and you wouldn't think it would be on the lead up to Christmas!)
So when I saw this kit at Boots I had to grab it - some of my all-time favs and a couple of new things to try for a fraction of the normal price? Perfect.
This is the Best Of Benefit gift set and it has been on offer in Boots store and online for just £24.50 when in fact it is worth nearly £50 (A whopping saving of over 50%!)

In this set they have rounded-up all their best sellers from primers to tints to mascaras and popped them all into handy handbag/tester sized beauty's for everyone to try out and enjoy!
Not only are the products amazing quality with Benefit but the packaging and names are always winners (and these things are a big selling point for me you know!)
I have owned a few of these items both in full-size and in the mini versions and they last for ages.
This set in my opinion is such a great gift for someone this Christmas ... or even yourself!
Help someone stock up on their current collection/favourite product/s or try out some totally new stuff (or both!). For only £24.50 they could find your new holy grail product!
The 6 best sellers from Benefit :

Mini Porefessional Primer 7.5ml
This is something which I HAVE used before and I have to say that it is the best primer I've ever used. It is one of those things I have been meaning to buy for a long while but never seem to have got round to it! This tube will be saved for nights out and big occasions over the festive period I think - it gives such an amazing base to any make-up and not greasy at all.
They’re Real Mini Mascara 4.0g
Another product I have previously owned/used. I got this in Elle magazine earlier this year - like most of you probably! This is a great mascara especially if you have stumpy eyelashes like myself!
Mini Hoola Bronzer 3.0g
Majorly excited about finally owning this! A bronzer that everyone has raved bout for years and I STILL haven't bought it... until now! This is a gorgeous matte bronzer - fab for any look... I know this is going to end up in me buying the full sized boxed version.
Mini Benetint Cheek & Lip Tint 4.0ml
The only product I wasn't overly excited about to be honest - and that is only because I not a blush person. This is a lovely rose-tinted lip and cheek stain. After first use though, I am pleasantly surprised by the subtle pretty look it gives, lovely jubley.
Mini boi-ing Concealers 01 & 02 2x 1.5g
This concealer is amazing, great for under eye bags (which I seem to be prone to at the moment!) I'm just still deceding which shade is better for me at the moment though!
Mini Highbeam Highlighter 4.0ml
Probably the first product I ever bought from Benefit, one of those products you will always love no matter what! A gorgeous highlighter, perfect for cheek and brow bones.

A VIP pass to your nearest Benefit Beauty Bar in Boots for a free makeupper
...shame there isn't one near me...yet!

Have any of you taking advantage of this bargain offer aswell? Did you buy it as gift or for yourself like me?

November Favourites

It's December - YAY! My favouite month! But with December beginning it also means we say goodbye to November. So of course it's time for another favourites post.
Alot of products I have been loving this month I have already shared with you in previous months, so not too many products to share with you guys today!
First up, the Garnier Intensive 7 Days Ultra-Replenishing Lotion (for very dry skin). Over the last few weeks I have started to get a few really dry patches on my legs. I've never had this before and it actually started to hurt ( sad face!)
I had totally forgotten I had bought this stuff back in the summer when it was offer and seeing as the description is for 'very dry skin' when I saw it I thought it was worth a go.
Low and behold this stuff has worked like a charm, totally healing my skin! It smells lovely too and sinks straight into the skin which is fantastic if you're in a rush!
Next is a product from Joules. This is  product from the Terrific Treats Bath Wash Trio gift set which I recently did a review of (here). This stuff is body wash souffle - and this is not just your normal body wash/shower gel right here - this stuff is amazing. It is a thick creamy substance and lathers up in seconds, it is like conditioner for your body and I have been loving how soft/smooth it makes me skin plus it smells lovely! I am addicted!
When my lovely Mum recently told me she'd bought me a little something I had no idea it would be Christmas related! I LOVE Christmas and with this being my first ever Christmas not living at home I couldn't wait to start getting bit for my own place! This is bauble from Ted Baker and I love it! I love french bulldogs and just think this is so cute - it seriously got me in the festive mood - thank you Mum!
Another Lee Stafford product? Why yes it is! These are the Argan Oil Nourishing Shampoo & Conditioner and I have been using them for the last month or so! A little more expensive than the usual range from LS but I thought I'd treat myself when they were on offer - 3 for £20 (I also got the treatment).  The words argan oil definitely swayed me to try these and they have been fab! The shampoo is relly thick, it worried me at first but using both these together leaves my hair so soft and feeling lot stronger - paired with my morocanoil this is a great haircare routine!
Okay so this is my favourite lipstick at the moment! The Perrie lipstick from the Little Mix collection at Collection (formally Collection 2000!). I don't think this photo does the shade any justice at all... damn you winter and your rubbish weather/lighting! It is an amazing purple colour and I have been wearing it non-stop throughout November! Unfortunately I've heard it is sold out at the moment which just makes me wish I had bought more than one!

Now for a couple of non-beauty favs...
Little Mix - Salute : This has GOT to be my album of the month I have been listening to it non-stop! I such a fan of both their style and their music and this album is amazing! If you've liked any of there previous songs you'll love this! I love Move, Little Me, Competition & These Four Walls. Now I reeeeeeally want tour tickets!

Ja'mie Private School Girl : If you know me then you know I am the biggest fan of We Can Be Heros and Summer Heights High - I have been obsessed with them ever since watching them years ago. So when I heard that  god Chris Lilley was making another series with Ja'mie I was so excited. Private School Girl has been hilarious and I am gutted that it has finished already! If you haven't seen any Chris Lilley shows before I seriously urge you to go and do it now! You won't regret it - full on lols guaranteed!

So then girls and boys - what have been your favourites over the last month (and they don't have to be beauty related!)
