The Fragrance Shop : Discovery Club

I've always been a little apprehensive when it comes to beauty boxes/monthly subscriptions etc, I was a subscriber to a well-known beauty box years ago and ended up unsubscribing as I just didn't feel like it was worth the money I was forking out each month for it.
So when I was e-mailed about The Fragrance Shop's Discovery Club I was a little reserved about the thought of it but wanted to see what all the fuss was about as I hadn't heard of it before!
Discovery Club is a quarterly box subscription from The Fragrance Shop. In the boxes you receive a number of different perfume testers, alongside a variety of money off vouchers for them.
Yes, not only do you get sweet 1ml bottles for each scent but you also get a voucher up to £10 for every single one - this is something I was not expecting, very generous!

I love perfumes, I am a big 'smells' person and I literally feel naked without any perfume on. My collection grows and grows each year and I just love treating myself to a new scent - it's something I don't mind splashing out on now and again.
In the Spring box the fragrance's are mainly female but there is also a male fragrance included - perfect for the boyf as he's as bad as I am with fragrance, a big collector!
The 'Spring 2015' box* is the first one for this year and includes the following :

Hugo Boss - Hugo Woman Eau de Parfum (With £5 off voucher)
Givenchy - Very Irresitible  Eau de Toilette (With £5 off voucher)
Guerlain - La Petite Robe Noire Eau Fraiche Eau de Toilette (With £5 off voucher)
Versace - Eros Pour Femme Eau de Parfum (With £10 off voucher)
Dolce & Gabbana - Floral Drops Eau de Toilette (With £5 off voucher)
Stella McCartney - Stella Eau de Toilette (With £5 off voucher)
Versace - Eros Eau de Toilette (With £10 off voucher) Mens

Now I know what you all want to know.... how much is this box thing going to set me back? Can you believe it but it is.... only £5 per box!!!
Insane right? Especially as this one, for example, not only comes with 7 gorgeous samples for you to try out but a whopping £55 worth of money off vouchers to spend either online or  in store.
For me, the fact you can spend the vouchers online is the biggest bonus as I live on the Isle Of Wight and we don't have a store here.

There is no commitment to these boxes and the price doesn't change no matter how many you want to purchase - you can go for just one box with the quarterly plan to try it out or you can order either the 6 month plan, 2 boxes, or the 12 month plan, 4 boxes.... the boxes cost £5 each whatever way you choose and you can cancel at any time. See all the info for yourself - here.

This is a fantastic idea for fragrance lovers plus a great way to save money on both new scents for yourself or for as a present!
Love buying perfumes as gifts? This is an amazing way to get them a little cheaper!
Love finding new scents released for the season? This is a great way to check some of them out that you usual may not test when in a store.

BarkBeats Box Review & Discount

Now a few random e-mails have dropped into my inbox since I started blogging back in 2013, but this was one of those random ones that caught my eye!
A monthly box for your doggie/s - yes that's right, monthly treats and sweets for that special little pup in your life! (How cute is this!)

I was lucky enough to be sent this box for my Springer Spaniels Ubee & Bauer. (who I'm sure you've spotted on my Instagram, Twitter and Blog over the years!)

Before dishing out the goods to the eager duo I snapped a few photos for you all to see how the boxes come prepared and what I received inside!
BarkBeats January Valentine's Box*
So inside there was :-

Goodogs Yummi Treats
Ancol Comfort Toy - Dog Lips
Oh My Dog! All Over Protein Shampoo
Pet Brand Choco-holic Bar
Barks & Sparks 100% Natural Oven Baked Heart

 And the results are in......
Well these treats and toys went down an utter storm with these two - the two above especially, so thank you very much Barkbeats!

If you are interested in ordering your own box then head over to BarkBeats now! You get to choose for 3 different sized dog packages depending on what breed you have and can sign up to just 1 month if you like!
If you tend to pick up new things for your dog each month anyway this is definitely a great way to find new treats and toys without even having to leave your house!
Or know someone who's just got a new dog or puppy? This is a fab little present to spoil them with!

I've also got a discount code for you guys to use on your first box which saves you a whopping £5! Just enter YELLOW5 in as a promo code!

BeautyCrowd.com

Why hello there new online outlet of beauty goodies!

Yes, there is once again another place for us beauty addicts to head to on the internet to discover new and unique brands and products and it's called Beauty Crowd!
This marketplace is a cave of wonders when it comes to interesting and 'hard to find anyway else' kind of products and after having a long look through the site myself I can see there is definitely something for everyone.

Beauty Crowd recently surprised me with a fabulous box of beauty treats for me to check out and see what their new site is all about!
I was overwhelmed by the great choices they had sent me and wanted to share with you guys the sorts of things you can expect from them and what I got sent! I am slowly trying them all one by one so no doubt you will be seeing them in future posts and reviews!
Lay/N/Go Cosmo- £20
A product from a Mum who needed an easier way to clear up clutter in one easy move has proven to be the ultimate beauty accessory!
This cosmetic version of the lay/n/go is the easiest and tidiest way to keep your make-up and products on a daily basis! A quilted and washable drawstring clutch which opens up into an easy mat to keep your products all in one place  while you use them before simply pulling the drawstring and returning the bag to normal with all your bits and bobs inside!
For me this is perfect for travelling or if I'm going somewhere in a rush. It's so easy just to chuck a hand full of items onto the sheet and be on your way - I can't wait to take this away with me!

I love a tanning mousse and am always trying more ... even though I do have my favs! This one is said to be fragrance free so I'm really looking forward to giving it a go and hopefully not smelling of "biscuits".

This time of year my skin goes to a bit of a combination and my T-zone gets a nasty unattractive shine about it and even though I'm not a 'teen' anymore (sad times) this product is still right up my street! IT has a lovely floral and fresh scent about it and this week I have started to use this balm as a primer under my make-up - so far, so good!

As I've got older the thought of oils has become more and more intriguing to me and this year I have tried out a few. This body oil contains essential rose oil which is great to reduce redness and inflammation of the skin. For me, I have found using a small bit of this in the evening on my skin has been very soothing and calming especially when I'm feeling super tired. The rollerball is so handy and I can take it everywhere! The full size of this product is 100ml and is priced at £32.

This product I am still yet to try as I am currently just finishing off another daily wash! I am really looking forward to giving it a go though, for the price being for just a 100ml bottle I'm hoping it works wonders!

So there's a little look at a few things you will find on the BeautyCrowd site! I have been having a good look through of the different sections of the site and there has been so much that has caught my eye! Plus they have some great video features on there too - always great for a bit more information on everything!
