Partylite's Spring Selection
Oooo I'm a sucker for a candle... well, really I'm a sucker for anything that smells good - espically for the home.
I can't stand the thought of my home smelling and love the way candles fill the whole place with yummy scents and the feeling of calm.
Partylite were first introduced to me last year and although I thought they were something new on the block my Mum recently informed me that she used to have Partylite candles back in the day - I was totally unaware that they had been going for so long!
The lovely team have scent me over (haha get it? scent... wow, I'm not funny am I?) a fabulous ray of new springtime products to try out at home and I have been loving them.
I think people believe nowadays direct selling is a thing of the past but with brands like Partylite, MyShowcase and Tropic only getting bigger, I really don't think that is the case!
Now lets have a look at these smelly products eh?

Butterfly Porcelain Tealight Holders & Wild Lemongrass Tealight*
How pretty are these?
If you're looking to switch your homewares and accessories over to the Spring/Summer side these little bits are a great place to start. With a gorgeous butterfly designs they make perfect finishing touches to any room - or a great present!
With them I have been using the Wild Lemongrass tealights which I was sent alongside them. These smell so fresh and zesty, I'm obsessed - I've even been popping them in my airing cupboard just to keep it smelling clean and fresh.
Glolite Candle & Smartscents Sticks with Flower Holder*
That big old candle in the backdrop is one of Partylite's Glolite candles - the world's brightest candle. Now.... I normally burn candles through the day, it's not often that I have them going whilst all the lights are off in the evening so I am yet to see this in action - although now I'm writing this I'm thinking maybe I'll check it out tonight!
The scent with this on is Berry Blossom, and this is actually the second candle I've had with this scent - luckily I LOVE it! I have had this lit in my bedroom and within about 10 minutes you can smell it around my whole flat which is exactly what I want from a candle! Top marks there! It has 2 wicks but it is a large cadle so I think it will last me a long, long while!
Smartscents are the first scent stick I have used. You may wonder why I've only got one popped into the cute little flower holder.... the reason being - they are so strong (I have the Peony scented ones)! The perfect way to keep a lovely smelling home without that risky fire! I've even popped one of these into my wardrobe. (I hate that horrible stale smell wardrobes can get, I do anything I can to avoid it!)
So there is my quick round-up of some of the Spring offerings from Partylite this year - there's so much more on the website too - check it all out here.

Liz Earle Eucalyptus & Rosemary Botanical Candle
This Christmas I was lucky enough to receive the gorgeous Beauty Icons Gift Set from Liz Earle - my best friend knows me so well and seriously spoilt me!
Everyone knows how much I LOVE Cleanse and Polish - I rant and rave about it monthly and honestly haven't found a skincare product I love more, so to receive a brand new bottle and some fresh muslin's was a god send... to have the beautiful candle alongside it - wow!
I'd smelt the candle before and had fallen in love. The scent is inspired by Cleanse & Polish and has the gorgeous relaxing and calming aroma of eucalyptus and rosemary. (I mean that's a little obvious with the name and all!)
The candle's scent fills to room within minutes creating a peaceful and uplifting space - perfect for when I want some 'me' time or when I'm working/blogging.
The scent is definitely something a little more mature than my other candles but it's becoming one of my most used throughout the home so far this year.
They are a little pricey at £40 individually but you don't actually have to burn it for a long time to get the full ambiance of the scent so you can really make it last with the 40 hour burning time.

My Sunday Favourites
Sunday. My favourite day of the week.
Mainly because I'm not at work, I hardly ever make any plans and I can get caught up on everything I want too.
Yes, I love staying at home, relaxing, organising my life and having a bit of 'me' time - so cliche I know but who doesn't love that?
Seeing as today is that day I thought I would share you you a few of my favourite Sunday things.
Cosy Clothes (aka looking like a slob)
Pyjamas, jogging bottoms, sweaters - I'm all about being comfortable and cosy.
7 NO BRAS TODAY THANK YOU, NO SIR, NOWAY.
Being Make-Up Free (goodbye visible eyelashes and brows)
There's thing better than letting your skin breathe. It is very rare that I will ever bother to put make-up on on a Sunday, I love being able to keep my skin a break and pamper it a little for a day. (Plus I can rub my eyes and scratch my eye brows if needed - what a treat!)
Face Masks (my weekly Halloween costume)
This goes hand in hand with the no slap thing. I love popping on a face mask on my day off. Give my skin that all needed bit of extra and my total favourite at the moment is the Montagne Jeunesse Hot Spring Sauna - I can't even tell you how many of these I've been through, and they are only £1 each - can't complain with that.
Kirstie's TV Takeover (The remote is MINE)
Yes. I love a good TV session on a Sunday, whether it's catching up ona ll that stuff I've recorded, Netflix or a few good movie's I love being on my sofa and chilling - you may think this is totally sad for a 25 year old but it relaxes me, yup I'm a loser..... (This can be a bit of a fight with the boyfriend though.... he's not a Kardashian/X Factor or Amy Schumer fan really....)
Blogging Marathon (duh)
All those do-to lists and notes I've created throughout the week normally get done about now. Blog posts writing, photo taking, replying to e-mails - the lot.
I mean I'm sat down cosy on my sofa cracking on with these next few posts (whilst catching up with the X Factor) right now! I love having my little blog baby to look after and I enjoy the escape of writing and creating so much - beats a week at work anyday.
Clean Sheets
There is NOTHING better then going to bed on a Sunday with fresh clean sheets, the greatest way to start a new week.
Tea (chain-drinking the stuff...)
I drink so much tea when I'm at home. Wearing comfortable clothes, sitting on my sofa and either blog writing or watching my favourite films.... it's just never the same without that cup of tea next to me! My favourite tea is green tea, I could drink it all day everyday. I've been loving these Pukka Supreme Macha Green teabags lately I grabbed them while they were on offer at Tesco - bargain.

Homeware Wishlist
Lately I have been obsessed with looking at homeware.
With a new season starting I love seeing everyone's decor on pinterest and instagram and can only ever dream of having a pin-worthy home!
I have been looking at everything from plates to lampshades and I thought why not do a quick wishlist on here of a few bits that have caught my eye and are sat in my basket!

I have been looking at everything from plates to lampshades and I thought why not do a quick wishlist on here of a few bits that have caught my eye and are sat in my basket!
I've wanted some of these for my flat for so long now and finding them on the ASDA website for just £5 each .... incredible! They also do a # and an & .... I need these for my bed/sofa asap!
I've seen these so many times on Instgram and Pinterest and now I've finally found them! I really want to transform my bedroom and I think these with a plain white duvet set would look so cute with my black leather bed .... it needs to happen!
Isn't this just gorgeous! Don't ask me where on earth I'd put it.... but I'd find somewhere.. maybe my hallway. It is SO pretty, Wayfair do the greatest homeware.
A practical piece now...this looks like the most convenient blogging space ever! A great desk for my laptop and camera and awesome storage alongside for all my products and bits and bobs... hurry up Lottery I need to win you!
How cute is this idea! Who needs a normal chalk board when you can have a chalk globe, such a unique idea.
I'm a HUGE Christmas lover and obviously a huge candle lover and what do I love even more.... Christmas scented candles! I've been burning my 'Christmas Cookie' candle all bloomin' year and thought the sound of Christmas Baking sounded just as yummy. You can never have too many candles.
This is in the wishlist purely because it looks SO cute and at only £6 this is such a lovely little extra to the bedside table.
I love me some cake (duh) and this little sign couldn't be truer!
The Wizard Of Oz is one of my favourite movies and very close to my heart. My eyes lit up when I saw these two wall art pieces, everything in my flat is pretty much black and white so these would go perfectly - they are a tad out of my price range for now though.
Where are your favourite places to find fun homeware pieces?

I Just Love It - Personalised Heart Map
Okay you may have already seen this across all of my social media channels but I just couldn't wait to show it to you all.
I am literally in love with this personalised picture, the way it has turned is amazing and I've been dying with excitement to get it up on here for you all to see!
I Just Love It are a fun and unique site full of amazing and creative things for you to have personalised.
From Santa sacks to spoons theor range really is a never-ending list of things that me go ooooo and ahhhh and 'oh blah blah would LOVE that!'
When the guys at IJLI asked if I would like to pick something to review I was over the moon and although it probably took me a good day to decide on just one product I think I made a fantastic choice with it.
This is the framed personalised heart map - a gorgeous and chic wall art print perfect for any home.
Each map is individually made based on an address of your choice. As you can see I gave my home address which is in Ryde on the Isle Of Wight and it has come out perfectly.
At first I asked if it was possible to have Disneyworld but right now they are only doing address' from the UK (totally understandable).
The map has completely captured one of my favourite places in the world - I have lived here all my life and truly love it - it is home and probably the only place I will ever count as my home.
These framed pictures are such an incredible gift idea (especially with Christmas coming up!) A first home, an engagement, a wedding day - you can pick any UK address plus a short message to have alongside it - as you can see mine says 'Home Sweet Home'.
You get the choice of a white or mahogany frame and it measures approx. 24cmx24cm.
The pieces are priced at £49.99 - which you may think is a little expensive but you can pay upto £20 or so for a decent frame nowadays plus you can really tell how much time and effort has gone into it....so in my opinion it's worth every penny!
To find out more about the frames, to see different styles or to go and ahead and order on yourself head on over to their website - here!

Party Lite Candles
One of my ultimate weaknesses is candles.
I'm all about smells and having a nice smelling home is an obsession of mine. I love getting home and lighting a candle especially in this horrible weather at the moment, it just makes everywhere feel that little bit more homely doesn't it?
So when Partylite asked if I'd like to try out some of their candles from their huge collection I jumped at the chance.

Fleurs & Baies : Berry Blossom Jar Candle*
*
I'm not one to stick with one brand when it comes to candles - I have lots of different brands, scents and styles in my hoard at home and am always up for trying newbies!
Partylite is an awesome company in which you can actually become a host or consultant and run your own candle partys (sounds fun right?!)!
I was sent a lovely jar candle and a trio pack and have completely fallen in love with them!
Before I had even opened my post I knew what was going to be inside - due to the beautifully strong smell coming from it! I have been so impressed with the quality of these, alot of candles I've paid out for have a lovely scent but they just don't seem to last or don't even smell strong without being lit.
These have the most beautiful scents which really last and fill my whole home with their sweet smell.
The Berry Blossom candle has become a particular favourite of mine. The smell is very sweet and reminds me alot of a few sweet pea scented products I own. This is perfect for my bedroom and I've spotted that they do a larger version which I definitely feel like I need in my life.
The size I have is the escential jar and is priced at £11.50, with a burning time of 40-60 hours! I've already burnt mine for nearly a whole day and I'm not even a 1/4 of the way down!
Forbidden Fruits Trio : L2R - Fig Fatale, Blackberry Boudoir & Pomegrante Passion*
Next I'm going to talk about the mini candle jar trio in Forbidden Fruits. This is a fab way to try out three of the new scents in one easy package!
I love that these jars has a decorative design on them, especially as they though with the decor in my flat!
All 3 of these scents are rich, strong smells which last and last!
Beautiful for the kitchen and bathroom where you may have unwanted smells haha! They are super warm and relaxing and I'll be completely honest - I cannot choose a favourite!
These have a burn time of 20-30 hours and the trio is priced at £24.95!
You can find all of these and everything else over on the Partylite website - here! Have a search and see if you have a host near you!
I can't stop eyeing up the 'Just Desserts' collection - they sound SO yummy!

Pins Of The Week
I have an addiction. A Pinterest addiction.
Like I said in a post earlier this month I have suddenly discovered the love of Pinterest! I've had an account for a while now but it has only been the last month or so that I have dedicated my spare time morning, evening and night to making boards and pinning until my hearts content!
It is brilliant for killing boredom (and time) and I am constantly thinking of new things to search and new boards I can create!
I thought it would be fun to share with you guys a few of my favourite pins that I have found this past week - a nice visual post for everyone :) MY PINTEREST ACCOUNT

Library of Fragrance Christmas in New York Eau de Toilette 30ml Review
When I spotted this new product on the Boots website I think it took me all of 2 seconds to decide to purchase it!
The name alone had me sold - 'Christmas In New York' - and after hearing such great things about The Library Of Fragrance from other bloggers in the past I thought it must be a winner! So I splashed out with my points and paid with my handy advantage card!
Described as a 'unique scent of it's own' this brand have promised to infuse the magic of New York at Christmas into the perfect festive fragrance.
With a mix of festive spices, warm, roasting chestnuts and sweet apples this scent embodies all that we know and love about Christmas time.
I, myself, have New York in December on my list of things to do before I die. With all the lights, the buildings, the decorations and the snow - New York always looks like the perfect winter wonderland to get you in the spirit of Christmas, whatever your age! (I mean.. just think about Home Alone 2!)
When I first sprayed the cologne I was worried it smelt a little synthetic, but after letting it breathe for a bit I fell in love. For me, this isn't scent I would use on myself, it's more of a home fragrance, like a candle.
I have been spraying this around my flat in the evenings and with my Christmas tree up with it's pretty fairy lights, it has been making my home feel super warm, festive and cosy!
If you're looking for a special scent for this time of year and candles aren't really your thing - this fragrance is great!
At the moment they are only £9.99 as an introductory offer on boots.com but if this scent doesn't sound like your cup of tea, they also have other Christmas fragrances that have released!

After over a year of living together my boyfriend & I still have the crappy doormat which came with our flat! Everytime I come home nd stare at it and think ewww boring! Now this is cool - I love it!
This chair would look so cute in my bedroom, the perfect chair to cosy up on with a good book, a blanket and a cup of tea this winter! I love the green accents, would love a matching duvet set too!

This just reminded me of Dorothy from the Wizard Of Oz and as you all know it is one of my favourite movies ever, tote fits in with my blog theme aswell so couldn't leave it out!
