MeMeMe Lip Glide Velvet Finish Lip Colour - Winter Berry

Hello you lovely lot! I've got a smashing make-up review today for you all.... I feel like I haven't done anything make-up based in forever (it's been a week...) so I'm actually really excited to be writing this!
I'm feeling quite jolly, can you tell?

It's been a while since I talked about MeMeMe cosmetics... but that doesn't mean they haven't been in my life. The Flawless concealer has got to be in my top 3 concealers that I use and my boxed blush has found it's way back out now the sun is shining.

Now to talk about the new product on the block - Lip Glide.
MeMeMe Lip Glide's are their new range lip crayons.
I am a HUGE fan of lip crayons, especially at this time of year. They are so easy to put on and the ones I've used have also had great pigmentation and fab stay time.

The lip glides are a chunky pencil design, like a lip liner but a whole lot bigger, these are made with just the perfect thickness to make application precision easy peasy - even for us clumsy make-up users.

This is perfect for me, it's so easy to fill the lips in and it's a million times quicker than a lip liner, plus you don't even have to use another products alongside it!
I mean you can, this is fab to pop on underneath your lipstick or gloss but it's a bold stand alone shade too, with amazing wear-ability and long lasting effects - they've called it the 'new generation of colour.'

The shade I have here is Winter Berry. Yes you may be thinking - but it's summer? Berry shades are sooo last season but I would say no! I love wearing dark lips all year round. I think they look great with bright florals and summer outfits!

I LOVE this shade, it reminds me of MAC's Rebel (one of my all time favourites) and I have been wearing it ALOT! If you've seen a photo of me lately with dark lips, 9 times out of 10 it was probably this! It's so smooth and doesn't dry out the lips out all #winning
With of 5 different shades to choose from and a gorgeous velvet finish these are a definite hit for all beauty lovers. They are priced at £6.95 each which I think is a great price - personally I prefer it to everyones favourite lip crayon from Bourjois AND they are cheaper! You can find out more - here.

This Week I'm Loving... #8

Eastenders
I mean this has just got to be in this post! I think if you follow me on twitter you have kind of gathered that I have been obsessed with Eastenders this week! (I do apologise if you follow me on twitter I am aware of my tweeting problem......) #HowsAdam?
Anyway.... It was only bloody Bobby! After reading a few suggestions it was him over the last few weeks I wasn't was surprised as I hoped I would be when the killer was revealed!
The acting on Fridays episode was so incredible - you would never think that was live! A huge well done and congrats to Adam, Laurie, Ben and Mimi!
I can't wait for all the upcoming storylines.... Is dean dead? Where the hell has Kathy been?!

YouTube
Yay! I have finally started filming videos again! I still need to get some form of editing software to make them slightly more exciting but I have really been enjoying filming and I will be uploading more really soon :)
I would love it if you guys would subscribe to my channel - here! It's been so lovely having your nice comments and support both on twitter and on the videos themselves so thank you you lovely people!

MAC Viva Glam Miley Lipstick
Wooo a new mac lipstick in my life! (This doesn't happen alot!) As soon as I saw this was available in the UK I ordered it straight away! It is a gorgeous fuchsia shade of pink (my fav kind of lipstick colour you know!) and the formula is just perfect! Thick and creamy, this amplified lippy is everything I look for!

Nutri-Grain Breakfast Bakes
Formally known as Elevenses these are so so yummy - it's like eating cake but you don't feel as bad about it! The raisin ones are my favs!
Mememe Flawless Concealer
I've been using this loads over the past week! Normally I use my pwoharr paint concealer from seventeen but I felt like changing things up and this was the first replacement I decided to try out! It is light and creamy and blends in so easily, if you need something not as heavy duty but something that still give good coverage I highly recommend this!

Taylor Swift Style Video
My girl Tay has released a new video! I love Style - it's one of my favourites from the album and I really like Taylor's cool mature video to go alongside it! Bravo Swift!

Simple Toner
You may have seen this in my Boots haul a couple of weeks ago, I have been using this instead of forking out for my usual Liz Earle Skin Tonic! It leaves my skin feels fresh and clean, a bargain alternative!

Blistex Lip Brilliance
My saviour of dry lips this week has been this tinted balm from Blistex! It is perfect for everyday at work, it works so well on chapped lips and gives a little colour too without being too OTT for my boring retail job! Plus it smells good too!

Bleach London Silver Shampoo & Conditioner
I have been loving these since getting my hair dyed blonder! I am a bit of a wimp with these products though as I'm scared I'm going to leave them in too long and end up with purple hair (although it would be cool I don't think work would be impressed!) I've used toning products like these before and I found they made my hair feel super dry but with the conditioner from Bleach these actually make my hair feel really soft!

Pure Beauty Magazine Jen/Feb 2015
Super exciting news (which you probably saw on Insta or Twitter like a week ago) - I'm in this month's Pure Beauty magazine! I'm so excited and grateful to be including in such a fab and informative mag AND I'm in it right next to my beautiful buddy Becky!! I'm so glad my work have let me take it home to keep - tis' one to show my mother!

MeMeMe Cosmetics Blush Me! Boxed Blusher - Coral Review

Kirstie using a blush? I know - it's a miracle!

I'm not normally one for blushes, I'm such a bronzer girl at heart as I always think that blushes look horrible on me skin but like I've said before I think this is mainly because it brings back bad memories of being a red-cheeked child!
When I received this I was nervous when I saw the word blush BUT with it being a coral shade I knew it would much more up my street than a pink-pink!
How cute is this packaging - I love it! Yes it is slightly more bulky than a normal compact of blush in your make-up bag but I love cute things like this! It has a cherub on it for goodness sake... awww!

It comes with a small blush brush (like most boxed blushes nowadays), great for when you're on the go but for me this isn't what I'd use on a daily basis I prefer using either my RT or Zoeva brushes!
This is the prettiest shade, a peachy coral pink which is slowly changing the way I look at blushers - they don't scare me so much anymore!

I've been using this alongside a bronzer... sorry I can't just stop using it, and popping it on the apples of my cheeks to give me a flush of colour.
This may look a little overly orange on my arm here but it looks so lovely when blended in and I'm loving it as one of my final steps to my morning routine!
(Sorry I don't have a photo of it on.... keep an eye on my instagram and I'm sure you'll spot a selfie with it on!)
These blush boxes are just £8.50, a total steal for the quality of it and compared to other brands such as Benefit which sell similar products!

What are your favourite blushes? I'm loving coral this summer beaut of a colour on both face and my lips!
