Nails HQ All In One Review

Bonjourno ladies and maybe gents! I have a review for you all today, I feel like it's been a while since I did a review.... a while being a few days - but you know... it's been a while since it felt like I've written one.
Today I'm talking all about an All in One nail treatment from the lovely people at Nail HQ.
Nails HQ All In One*

Nail HQ are a new brand on the block - specialising in ... well... nails! (duh!)
With everything from top coats to hydrating primers they are the new generation of nail treatments.

This treatment is the All In One. A clear nail product made with that special ingredient we all now and love  Argan Oil.

The formula contains a unique mineral complex, sounds fancy right?
It is said to help improve moisture, strengthen and condition your nails - helping to prevent brittleness and breakage (which is what my nails are prone too!)

I've been using this for the last couple of weeks or so and can really see it's work being done. I've been popping it on probably two or three times a week and my nails have grown considerably! When at work they normally break every other flaming day, but since using this stuff they have actually got some length to them and I can actually physically see and feel the difference.

This stuff is great if, like me, you suffer with brittle, dry or flaky nails - it has worked wonders on mine. I will be avoiding regular nail polish for a little longer whilst using this and will be using it as a base coat whenever I do decide to start painted them again.
I think it would also be fab to use if you've just had false nails removed as it really does help to get the strength back.

I'm really looking forward to trying out more products from the Nail HQ range - maybe I'll actually have some half decent looking hands by the end of the year!

Nails HQ products can be found in a number of stores including Tesco and Superdrug and you can find out all about their range on their website - here.

Rimmel London Wonder'Full Mascara With Argan Oil Review

So I needed a new mascara AND Rimmel just happend to release a brand new mascara .... well that isn't a coincidence is it? Totes meant to be! So as soon as I could get my hands on it this beauty was straight in my basket and bought before you could say - long lashes!
I've been using a Maxfactor mascara for a while but I do try and re-purchase mascaras every 3 months or so, someone once told me that after 3 months there is enough bacteria in a mascara to kill a rat.... and I don't really want that near my eyeball!
My holy grail mascara is Maxfactor's Masterpiece Max and it has been for years, but I seem to be on a constant mission to find something better so when new mascaras are released I'm on it like a ninja turtle on pizza!

This is the new mascara from Rimmel. I haven't used a Rimmel mascara since buying the Lash Accelerator last year (which I love) so it was about time I went back to them.

What drew me most to the Wonder'full mascara, apart from the fact it's new, is that it is made with Argan oil! I swear this ingredient i slowly making it's way into every single product possible! It is said to leave your lashes feeling conditioned and soft - sometimes, especially after a hot day in summer, my eyelashes can feel so thick and clumped that this sounded like the perfect product for me to try!
It comes in a cute curved copper/bronze tube - I like that Rimmel always try to make their mascara packaging completely different to the last, this looks like nothing else in their range.
I had to check the brush before investing - I'm really not a fan of thick, bushy brushes - I have really small eyes so bushy, fluffy brushes just don't work out well for me.
The brush had is fairly big (compared to things such as the masterpiece max) but I love the thin, spikey bristles - that's my kind of comb!
I find it so much easier to coat my short, stumpy lashes with brushes like this! The bristles feel really soft and light aswell, better than those dagger, death traps which aim in life is to poke your eye out.
Now onto the results and what I think.....

Looooooves it! I am quite picky with mascara and all the ones I have bought recently I just haven't been that impressed with... naming no names......
But this is lovely! I'm normally not that keen on brushes that are a bit flimsy and bend easily but I could actually use this beaut with ease! Wahooo go me!
My lashes become separated with just a coat or two and what I love the most is that it's NOT clumpy!
My lashes still feel light and soft and along with my eyelash curlers this gives me a fab everyday look! (and it's easy to get off too!)
This little newbie is only £5.99 - a massive bargain in my opinion!

Make-Up Revolution Haul

If you haven't heard of Make-Up Revolution yet then.... where on earth have you been? After trying out a few products a couple of months ago I was long over-due to place a cheeky order with the new bargain brand!

After a long, long browse I narrowed my shopping basket to these few beauties - I literally could buy everything... and I'm sure overtime I probably will!
Lips
First up I'll share with you the lip products I ordered - everyone knows I have a lipstick/lipgloss/lipanything addiction so it was seriously hard to pick only a few to buy at first!
Bottom photo left to right
Amazing Sheer Lipgloss Tube - Hush Hush (Top left photo)
I have one of these tubes already in the shade 'Baby Try' and love it! Normally I'm not a fan of tube lipglosses but these are great and this one has a lovely sugary scent!
Salvation Intense Lacquer - Gave You All My Love
These remind me of Rimmel's Apocalips - a gorgeous thick lipgloss with amazing highly pigmented colour and this one has a great shimmer to it too!
Happy Lips Amazing Care Lipstick - Love pink! (Top right photo)
I was a bit dubious about buying this as I wasn't sure weather it would be a normal lipbalm product which I already have a million of but after trying it out quickly I have been so pleasantly surprised! This stuff feels amazing (funnily enough that's the name of the product!) it has argan oil in it which is pretty cool and it gives a great colour aswell as fully hydrating my lips!

How I only bought 3 lipsticks I don't know..... I'm already twitching to buy more!
These are the 'Amazing Lipsticks' and they are only £1 each! Total bargain!
I picked up (left to right top photo) Beloved, Dazzle & Depraved!
These are a gorgeous trio of colours and for £1 I cannot express how much you need these in your life!
Face
Bronze Shimmer Highlight
This was so much bigger than I was expecting which is awesome - talk about more for my money! This has three lovely shades though it adnd looks like it is going to be perfect for summer - cannot wait to take it on holiday with me!
Vivid Baked Highlighter - Pink Lights
Now I already owned one of these highlighters and loved it so much I have to buy another one (I now only have one of them left to buy which I can imagine will be very soon) These are only £3 each and a total steal - the perfect powder highlight!
The lovely people at MUR actually contacted me when they knew I was going to make an order and asked if I wanted to try out one of their NEW palettes as part of my order for no charge! Obviously this was a huge yes please!! I have been seeing so much about these palettes and it really was a right toughy trying to pick one!
Cover & Conceal Concealer Palette - Light-Medium*
I thought this looked perfect for sorting out an imperfections and may have a go at some contouring with it!
Eyes
Lastly we have eye products!
Baked Eyeshadow - Pure and Innocent
This gorgeous neutral/bronzed selection is my idea of heaven. I live for my naked palette and these colours are right up there with them! I am so so chuffed with it and can't wait to try it out properly!
Focus & Fix Eye Primer - Original
I have been running out of eye primers to use so obviously buying another one was already on the cards - this feels like it is going to be great, can't wait to try it out along the baked eyeshadows!

So there you have it they are the 11 items I recently picked up from Make-up Rev!
You can find everything you've seen here on the Make-up Revolution official website - www.makeuprevolutionstore.com or Superdrug.
What are your favourite products from MUR so far? What should I buy next?!

Argan Dew : Argan Oil & Replenishing Hair Mask Reviews

I'm not really sure how we all lived before hair oils were introduced to us but it can't of been a great life for our locks!

Since starting to use hair oils (mainly Argan based) at the beginning of last year I have tried a fair few and although I have my favourites I am always up for trying more!

Hello - Argan Dew and your fabulous products!
Argan Dew are a fairly new company to the UK so being one of the first people to get my hands on some samples was highly exciting!
The products I have been trying out are the argan oil (*) and the replenishing hair mask (*).

I have been using the Moroconnoil treatment non-stop since first trying it out last July so when that ran out of it recently I was in a right tizz that my hair would just be an uncontrollable mess - luckily Argan Dew were there for me and came to the rescue.
Being such a fan of Morocannoil it was going to take alot for me to be impressed and these products didn't dissaapoint. These are fantastic and I have been so excited to blog about them!
First up we'll talk about the Argan Oil
Because these are just samples that I have the oils are just in 3.5ml sachets! It doesn't sound like alot but they go a long way!
I have been using this stuff every time I wash my hair. After I've towel dried my barnet I give it a good comb through and then pop this stuff from the mid-lengths to the ends.
Normally about a 1p piece sized amount is enough, so these sachets last for a good few washes!
The results have been fantastic, my hair has been so soft, less frizzy and it somehow actually feels longer (is that possible?). I'm actually leaning towards this stuff a bit more than my precious Morocannoil - shocker!

The only thing I would mention about this argan oil is the scent, there is a slight smell of what I would describe as nappy sacks. You know those scented bags you put dirty nappys in? I swear their is a slight whiff of that going on - but it isn't awful and it didn't make my hair smell so who cares!

Now onto the Replenishing Hair Mask.
Again this is a sample so these are just 10ml.
A hair mask is something I do probably once a week, I love having a good old pamper and giving my hair a treatment!
I have to say the first time I used this mask I only took one mask into the shower with me - big mistake, I feel like I definitely needed 2 to have a nice coverage over my hair (my hair is just past my collar bone)
This stuff is a pretty pearly white colour and is a creamy conditioning texture! I pop this on and leave it for around 5 minutes before rinsing it out!
My hair is left feeling light, soft and silky! Even after having french plaits all day and then brushing my hair - the amount of frizz is nowhere near what it normally is!
I love love love this stuff!
I want/need them in my life, I'm already dreading all my samples running out! Not only these 2 products either, I can't wait to try out the rest of the range too!

Have you tried Argan Dew yet?!

POTW #11 : Lee Stafford Argan Oil Flexible Hold Hairspray

It's a hair product I have this week to rave about!
After a glam night out, an interview and some fun girl time over the past week or so I have been styling my hair a little more than usual! (naughty, naughty!)
As always after I finish using my tools and have my hair how I want it I set it all with a hairspray to keep it in place!
The hairspray I have been totally loving this week is the.... Lee Stafford Argan Oil Flexible Hold Hairspray(*).
A light-weight hairspray is my favourtie type of hairspray, I can't cope with thick heavy stuff that makes your hair cripsy and hard. (eww.)

This stuff is perfect for me, a great sized bottle - at 200ml it's not too big that it's difficult to use but not too small that you use half a can in one sitting!
With the famous Argan oil ingredient this Lee Stafford product gives you some gorgeous benefits compared to your normal standard hairsprays - a soft and sleek finish which you can still run my fingers through!
I hate the thought of hairspraying my hair and then not being able to re-style or brush it.
Everytime I've used this, weather it's using heated rollers, curlers or my waving wand, it's felt like I haven't even sprayed anything onto my locks and I've found my hair is as easy to manage as it normally is without any product!
Totes fab with my extensions too - a big thumbs up from me for this product, it's definitely my go-to styling product at the moment!

Do you have any favourite products from this week?
