Freedom Makeup London : House Of Glamdolls Exotica Doll Look
It's been a while since I featured a palette here so what better a time to share this new beauty with you all.
Freedom Makeup are a fairly new brand on the block... but if you use the internet I'm sure you've spotted them or come across them by now.
They already have a huge range of products including professional kits and brushes aswell as the usual make-up top picks.
House Of Glamdolls is a collection of 4 fabulous palettes full of gorgeous shades for lips, cheeks and eyes.
The Exotica Doll palette is a gorgeous mix of neutral easy-to-wear shades and funky pops of colour.
Inspired by tropical holidays and exotic destinations (waaa take me there) this palette of shades helps you to create your inner sultry beach babe.
I love the fact it has everything from cheeks to lips to eyebrows - it's a winner if you're going away for the night I tell ya!
The shimmery eyes shades are just gorgeous, a great range and the palette comes with a handy mirror too - which for the price of just £8 is a steal!
Freedom Makeup are definitely one to watch - head over to their website and have a look through, their range is bloomin' awesome and so affordable!

Beauty Wishlist : February
Tangle Teezer Blowdry Brush
For years now I have been a fan of the Tangle Teezer - I own 3 and don't know what I'd do without them! So seeing a new product from them has got me very excited! A blowdry brush - finally! It's not the easiest thing trying to blowdry your hair with a brush that doesn't have a handle so I cannot wait to get my hands on one of these!
Burberry Rain Or Shine Blush
I've never been much of a blush person, I've said this many times on here before! But after trying a few products from Make-up Revloution and buying Nars' Orgasm - I am slowly learning to love them! This looks like such a pretty shade for spring, perfect for simple, everyday looks.
Soap & Glory Archery D-I-Y Brow Bar
My HD Brow palette is slowly starting to run out so I have been checking out what's out there on the highstreet to try and this newbie from S&G caught my eye! 4 shades and 2 small angled brushes for only like £12? I need this!
Chloe Love Story Perfume
I tried this out in Debenhams a few weeks ago and fell in LOVE (excuse the pun!).
Smashbox Primer Water
Well this a new one isn't it! I love, love, love the sound of this stuff! I'm a big fan of Smashbox' primers so I'd happily fork out to try this out.
Embroyloisse Gold Cream
Hailed the miracle from many a celeb this stuff is now available from Boots - I've heard alot of goo things about it and have gone to purchase a couple of times now.... have any of you tried it?
Fleur De Force The Glam Guide
Out of all the youtubers out there Fleur is one that I have been watching constantly for years now. She seems genuine, clever and has a real gift for what she does! I feel like this book would be right up my street - it seems mature and full of useful tips and information. I think I'll be popping this in my amazing basket on payday!
Zoeva Rose Golden Eyeshadow Palette
What can I say? This is beautiful and I want it.
Neal & Wolf SILK Blow-dry Lotion
I've been using a few products from this brands for months now and I'm kind of obsessed with the scent - I would really love to try out some more from them and this is definitely the next one on my wishlist.
EOS Summer Fruits
I cannot get enough of the 2 I already own and summer fruits sounds like a lovely scent to have for the upcoming spring months!
Whats on your wishlist right now?

My 5 Make-up Musts For A Night Out
One of my favourite things is getting glammed up for a night out with my girls! This is a time I wear (alot) more make-up than usual - eyeshadow, lashes, the works! It's always fun getting dressed up and glammed isn't it?
After uploading a recent night-out selfie (so vain right?) and getting a few questions on what I had on my face I thought I would share with you my absolute must-haves which I always go to for a full face of glam make-up!
(Obviously this isn't all that I wear, but I'd feel lost if I didn't have these products!)
1. Mac Studio Sculpt Foundation
I mentioned this badboy in my favourite foundations post! This is my go-to foundation for nights out, amazing high coverage and lasts for hours and hours (even after a good few drinks and boogey on the dancefloor!) Perfect when used with a buffing brush like my one from Zoeva, this helps give a flawless finish!
2. Eylure 107 Fake Eyelashes
My eyelashes are tiny, short and stumpy so false lashes are always a must for me when getting dressed up!
These ones from Eylure have been my favourite for years! They recently changed them and made them slightly bigger which scared me a bit but they are great for my small eye shape and haven't found any others yet that I love as much (and are as easy to put on)! Please excuse the 'used' lashes .... I like to get multiple wears!
3. ELF HD Powder
Jeeez this packaging is messy - I promise I do look after my stuff! I have been using this powder for a few years now - I think this is my second pot. I'm not really a fan of loose powders but this one works so well that I put up with it! (If they could make this in a pressed powder I would be super duper happy!) This powder is bright white but is translucent once brushed onto the skin ], I use this all over my face with a large fluffy brush to set my foundation - it is fab and helps me avoid a shiny face in photos!
4. A Mac Lipstick
Make-up isn't complete without a fabulous lip colour and mac lipsticks are the best when it comes to this!
With the amount of shades they have too, Mac is the perfect place to go if you are trying to match a lip colour to your outfit! The quality is fantastic and they are seriously long-lasting! My favourite shade is Girl About Town - I seem to always grab this colour for a night out!
5. Urban Decay Naked Eyeshadow Palette
Again... oppsie this is a bit messy isn't it!
Since getting this for Christmas a couple of years ago I have used it near enough EVERY time I have gone out!
I am obsessed with it and love all the different looks you can make from just one palette! The quality is great, the colour are gorgeous and as you can see this lasts years! A must have for any neutral-loving girl's make-up collection!
What products do you grab when you are going for a night out?!

Remington Big Style Air Rollers Review
It was probably around a month ago that I spotted this new styling tool whilst browsing through Boots' website! I'm all for big, glam hair and I always do as much as I can to try and create it!
After I had fixed all the rollers in I gave it a quick spray of my Lee Stafford argan oil hair spray and left them alone for about 40 minutes.
I did take one out not long after they had been in to see if it had had an effect instantly and it was great!
After 40minutes or so had past I sat down and slowly took out all the rollers and then quickly gave the ends a quick once over with the bristle brush attachment (which is fab!).
I am SO happy with the results of the Big Style!
My hair was given soft, natural, glamours looking curls and volume with basically no hard work at all!
So far I have only tried the Big Style out on my natural hair but I can't wait to try it out when I have my extensions in aswell - I think the results on longer hair will be great!
The Big Style is £44.99 and I give Remington a big high five for this creation!
What do you think girls? Any of you tried this out yet? Are you a fan of rollers?

This is something that immediately stood out to me as I haven't seen anything like it before so of course I tweeted about it!
So a week or so later when Remington e-mailed me and asked if I would like to try out a Big Style for myself of course I was ecstatic!
So a week or so later when Remington e-mailed me and asked if I would like to try out a Big Style for myself of course I was ecstatic!
Now I've tried heated rollers before and I've also tried to give myself a nice salon style blow-dry with a big brush, but 9 times out of 10 I either rock a poodle look or have flat pancake barnet!
The only things that have ever really worked for me are velcro type rollers like Lauren's Way - but most of the time I don't have enough time to faff around with those, especially after work before a big night out - So this new tool seems like the perfect alternative!
A handy Concentrator attachment , for you girls, like me, who are starting out with clean, wet hair(works like a hairdryer).
Aswell as this it also includes a Thermal Bristle Brush attachment which can help you finish your look by helping shape the ends and gives you an easy way to gain extra height at your roots. The bristle brush is also great for using on it's own - an easier blow-dry than a hairdryer and a big brush!
So now lets talk about how this works!
If you are starting with wet hair like me then you start with the concentrator attachment and dry your locks until it is about 90/95% dry!
Don't forget to have your heat protectant spray handy throughout this process!
I found this didn't dry my hair as quick as my ghd hair dryer but I suppose it's not a hair dryer and not what it specializes in - if I am in a rush next time I will just use my usual hair dryer as I don't think it will make a difference.
Then it's time to get rolling!
The idea is to create gorgeous, soft flowing curls - my fav!
I always find this so difficult to create and this just makes it so easy!
Just attach your chosen size of roller (there a 3 to choose from) to the attachment - they clip in super easy and then you just press down on lever to release then when you are done!
Choose a section of hair about 2 inches wide roll the roller half way up then stop at switch on the air for 10 seconds. (try not to add too much hair to each section as I find the rollers stay in place better with less hair, as you can see in my photos I have a droopy roller!)
Once this is done, carry on rolling the hair up to the roots and once there switch on the air again for a further 8 seconds.
I will be honest I didn't really pay alot of attention to how long I was leaving this air on - but it was more or less the same as the guideline times.
At first it felt a little awkward but once I had done a couple it was easy peasy and it was a lot quicker than I thought it was going to be!
Next time I'll make sure to take my time and section my hair properly though and not the grab bits here and there in a rush! As you can see by the photos it isn't the neatest demonstration!
The only one thing I didn't like was doing the rollers near my ears as it got quite hot!

Nails Of The Week : Pretty, Girly, Glam!
Like I said a couple of weeks ago, I want to share with you guys my nail designs everytime I go and get them re-done!
I get gel extensions with shellac colours and I love having the done - I feel messy and bare without them and love not having to worry about chipped nail varnish - one of my pet hates on myself!
Also where I have tiny child-like hands they make me feel a little more like an adult!
I know you may all have seen these already on wither twitter or instagram, as obviously I can't keep off them, but I thought I'd carry on with what I set out to do and share them with you!
This fortnight I went for a really girly and glam look. The ones I had before were quite bold so this time I wanted something really elegant and pretty.
I've gone for a gorgeous baby pink which is called Cakepop... which makes me like it even more and some fab silver glitter (who doesn't love glitter, especially at this time of year!).
I love having more than one colour on my nails and instead of just the ring finger trend I thought I'd have my thumb a bit different too!
If you want to recreate this look at home I'd recommend Barry M's Strawberry Ice Cream polish along side the Limited Edition Christmas glitter polish from Barry M at Boots which I've also done a post about - use it over the top of a silver polish and bob's your uncle, done!
What do you guys think? Do you get your nails done or do you do them yourself?
I'm already planning my next set.... Christmas themed I think!
