What's that? A video? Yes! I've finally uploaded new content to YouTube... shock horror! After watching alot of YouTube lately... and I mean alot I have slowly gained some confidence (ish) to upload a new video.... and hopefully this is just the start!
After the fantastic response I got from my recent "50 Of My Favourite Blogs Ever" post (click here go and check it out now!) I thought why not do the same thing over on YouTube and share 50 of my favourite (and most watched) channels!
The video is only 2 minutes long and I've linked everyone mentioned below so you can go and find some new favourites to watch!
Vlog time! Although this actually turned out to be a bit of a disaster to begin with. I spent HOURS the other night editing this only to have it taken down by YouTube less than 12 hours later... devastated wasn't the word! So I've removed all the concert footage and now we should be good to go!

I've been wanting to start a new series of posts on A Yellow Brick Blog for a while now, I love doing my "This Week I'm Loving..." posts but sometimes I do think I'm loving the same things for a week or too so they aren't needed weekly... as that would be super boring! I came up with this idea last week and have been really looking forward to writing it! What I'm Watching & Reading is going to be a new series of posts highlighting certain blogs and vlogs that I have been loving! Sharing specific channels, videos, posts and sites - I want to share the love and let YOU know who I've been obsessing over. As a huge fan of youtube and the blogging world I am near enough always online when not at work and just love finding new people to watch and read! I might just share certain people and their work, or maybe even a type of video that I've been watching alot of - either way hopefully YOU can find new vlogs and blogs to enjoy! First up I'm going to talk YouTube. I have been totally obsessed recently with watching peoples "My Tattoos" videos! I find them soooo interesting! I love seeing what other people have chosen to get and their reasons and explanations about them. I spotted InTheFrow (one of my blogging FAVS!) had uploaded hers and from there that was it - I couldn't stop watching them!
My 4 favourites had to be InTheFrow (Victoria), Helen Anderson, Katie Snooks and a new youtuber to me, who I found through this, called Tasha Leelyn (who's videos I've fallen in love with!). These girls have amazing channels - Helen's personality makes me laugh out loud she is brilliant! I highly recommend them .... especially if you're a nosey tattoo person like me! (although I haven't actually got any...... yet! These videos have seriously spurred me on to stop being a wimp and go and get one)
Now onto blogs! I thought I'd share 4 blog posts that have stuck out to me over the last few weeks. Ones that I really enjoyed reading and want to share with you guys!
First is from Aspiring Londoner aka Farzana! This was actually the first post I had read from her blog and found it via one of the Twitter chats. "3 Essential Steps To Improve Your Blog Photography" - I mean it had me sold from the title, I am always looking to improve my photos on here. I own a DSLR but am still trying to get my head around it and don't always get the results I'm looking for with it no matter how much I fiddle! The £1 marble background idea is awesome! Next is from one of my favourite bloggers ever - Couture Girl aka Kayleigh! She recently had a total hair make-over from Catherine Boden and shared her whole experience in THIS blog post! I think her hair looks incredible, the colour and dimension she's been given is perfection.... makes me miss my long hair! Another one of my favourite bloggers now - ReallyRee. My favourite blog post this MONTH has to be her interview with Paris Hilton. Yes I am 100% green with envy even thinking about it but it was amazing to read such a natural and fun interview without heading to my local newsagents! Paris has been a total idol to me since I was a teenager - I just adore her and think she is one of the smartest women in the world! Read the interview - here. Last but not least is a blog post all about.... blogging! "The World Of Blogging Nobody Sees" is a post recently uploading my the total amazing Gracie from TheUglyFaceOfBeauty. (you may know this beauty from youtube.... but did you know she has a blog too?!) This post is all about those things not everybody knows about blogging..... and some stuff even I didn't know either! I love Gracie's honesty, this post is a must read!

After lots of requests I've finally filmed how I create my messy curly lob! Everytime I upload a photo or video where I've curled/waved my hair I have lots of people asking how I do it and what I use so I thought it was about time I just went and showed you all. I love having shorter hair, cutting it off was the best decision I've made all year. I'd love to know your thoughts on this - tutorials are a brand new thing to me.... it's a little nerve-wracking but I found it so much fun to film!

I mean this has just got to be in this post! I think if you follow me on twitter you have kind of gathered that I have been obsessed with Eastenders this week! (I do apologise if you follow me on twitter I am aware of my tweeting problem......) #HowsAdam? Anyway.... It was only bloody Bobby! After reading a few suggestions it was him over the last few weeks I wasn't was surprised as I hoped I would be when the killer was revealed! The acting on Fridays episode was so incredible - you would never think that was live! A huge well done and congrats to Adam, Laurie, Ben and Mimi! I can't wait for all the upcoming storylines.... Is dean dead? Where the hell has Kathy been?!

Yay! I have finally started filming videos again! I still need to get some form of editing software to make them slightly more exciting but I have really been enjoying filming and I will be uploading more really soon :) I would love it if you guys would subscribe to my channel - here! Wooo a new mac lipstick in my life! (This doesn't happen alot!) As soon as I saw this was available in the UK I ordered it straight away! It is a gorgeous fuchsia shade of pink (my fav kind of lipstick colour you know!) and the formula is just perfect! Thick and creamy, this amplified lippy is everything I look for!
Nutri-Grain Breakfast Bakes
Formally known as Elevenses these are so so yummy - it's like eating cake but you don't feel as bad about it! The raisin ones are my favs!
Mememe Flawless Concealer
I've been using this loads over the past week! Normally I use my pwoharr paint concealer from seventeen but I felt like changing things up and this was the first replacement I decided to try out! It is light and creamy and blends in so easily, if you need something not as heavy duty but something that still give good coverage I highly recommend this!
Taylor Swift Style Video
My girl Tay has released a new video! I love Style - it's one of my favourites from the album and I really like Taylor's cool mature video to go alongside it! Bravo Swift!
Simple Toner
You may have seen this in my Boots haul a couple of weeks ago, I have been using this instead of forking out for my usual Liz Earle Skin Tonic! It leaves my skin feels fresh and clean, a bargain alternative!
Blistex Lip Brilliance
My saviour of dry lips this week has been this tinted balm from Blistex! It is perfect for everyday at work, it works so well on chapped lips and gives a little colour too without being too OTT for my boring retail job! Plus it smells good too!
Bleach London Silver Shampoo & Conditioner
I have been loving these since getting my hair dyed blonder! I am a bit of a wimp with these products though as I'm scared I'm going to leave them in too long and end up with purple hair (although it would be cool I don't think work would be impressed!) I've used toning products like these before and I found they made my hair feel super dry but with the conditioner from Bleach these actually make my hair feel really soft!
Pure Beauty Magazine Jen/Feb 2015
Super exciting news (which you probably saw on Insta or Twitter like a week ago) - I'm in this month's Pure Beauty magazine! I'm so excited and grateful to be including in such a fab and informative mag AND I'm in it right next to my beautiful buddy Becky!! I'm so glad my work have let me take it home to keep - tis' one to show my mother!

Happy end of month boys and girls AND Happy Halloween!
I've done my favourites in video this form this month as I find it easier to show everything to you guys that way, otherwise it's a bit of a photo overload on here! I'm still not sure about youtube at the moment, I love doing it but still not sure whether it's for me or not but I'm going to keep on persevering for now :) Watch below to find out what haircare, skincare, make-up and other random things I have been loving throughout this past month!
