four thousand.

Four thousand. Four thousand of you. Wow!

You may have noticed (as I got highly excited about it on Twitter) that last week my blog hit 4k followers on Bloglovin.

This totally gave me a 'high-five myself' moment. I have been blogging for 2 and a half years now and it has become my biggest hobby and most treasured passion.
I really do struggle to remember what I used to do with my spare time before I started this, like seriously what did I use the internet for?!

I'm starting to feel really proud that all hours and hours I put into this site is actually giving people out there some enjoyment, so much so that they will come back again and again.

I cannot thank you enough for this. Yes I started blogging for myself, but knowing other people want to read what I'm rambling on about makes me work so much harder.
If you're not a blogger I will tell you now.... blogging IS hard work.
You may look at it as a few pretty pictures, being giving products to review and talking with friends on Twitter most nights but the amount of time I spend creating my content is... well kind of shocking. (just ask my boyfriend who thinks I'm glued to my laptop!)

Setting up photos, sorting the lighting, taking the photos, editing them, uploading them, thinking up different and unique idea daily, writing paragraph after paragraph - so much goes into that post that takes you a minute or two to have a look/read of, so it means everything

Everyday that passes I realise even more that THIS is the road that I want to go down in life. I love writing, creating, having my own little space to do anything on and share with everyone.
I'm not sure how possible it is too become a "full time blogger" or do something along the same lines but it's something I'm always going to strive for (I'm sure I say it about 1000 times a week haha!), my job I have is not what I want to be doing for the rest of my life, hell I don't want to be doing it for another year but I gotta pay my bills!
As much as sometimes blogging feels like 'work' I love every second of it and can't imagine getting bored or loosing the fire for it.

I think back to when I started doing this... to the sarcastic comments I used to get from people and the "what's the point?" "why?" questions and now I just think.... ha! Look how much my little idea has grown, I'm super proud of myself.

So I'm going to keep on blogging ... forever. Haha okay okay slightly extreme but it's my little thing that I do and cannot thank the bloggers before me for paving the way for this to actually be a 'thing'!

Well this post was mainly to say THANK YOU and let you know that fingers crossed A Yellow Brick Blog will just keep growing and growing!

Goals before A Yellow Brick Blog's 3rd birthday :
A complete layout re-design (It is soooooo needed!)
Be able to drop one day a week at my current job?!?!? (dreaming?)
Keep uploading a minimum of 3 posts a week
Including alot more fashion based posts (I know I've said this a million times but I mean it!)
Possibly starting a second blog focused on.... DISNEY! (I'm still thinking about that one though)
Hit 5000 followers - let's dream big people!

Love you guys thanks again for all your clicks, tweets, comments, shares, support - you make me smile xxxxxxxx

Life Thoughts

Don't Give Into Peer Pressure
This is something I have followed and believed in since I was a child.
I've never been one to give into peer pressure from people, from breaking the rules as a 10 year old to being forced to take shots at 25 - I've always been okay with saying no, I don't want too.
Sounds silly I know but it doesn't bother me in the slightest if people think I'm 'boring' or 'no fun', if I don't want to do something I won't do it - no matter how many times or how many people say 'go ooooooon' in my ear.
Don't ever feel like you have to do something you don't want to do.

Worrying Won't Change The Outcome

I've said this before on here I know - but it is something that I really should listen too and follow more often.
I'm such a worrier and even the most stupid thing can set me off into a pool of anxiety and nerves. But really.... it's never going to change what's going to happen. Yes there are times when worrying is inevitable and there's no way around it but alot of the time I just need to remind myself that there isn't really anything to get worked up about - relax and take each day as it comes!

Life Is About Experiences
I'm 25 and when I say I'm not saving for a mortgage but I'll happily spend thousands on heading to the US for an incredible holiday.... some people look at me like I am insane - but.... I'm really not.
Life is about experiences, making memories and spending time making each day different. You could have however much money sat in the bank but at the end of the day what's the use in that when you're dead?! Life, for me anyways, is about making memories, seeing new things, heading out and doing - well, anything!
You don't get a long time so make sure it's a good time! (Don't get me wrong one day I'll get a house, but for now, I'm young, I have no children - so why not have adventures while I can?!)

Always Make Time For The People You Love
This is an obvious one, but one I overlook on a regular basis. Sometimes we (I) take for granted the ones we love, cancelling plans, re-arranging dates, bailing - I am so super guilty of it as I'm sure you are too!
The last few months I've really been trying to see my friends and family more, even if it's just a quick cup of tea after work - I always love seeing them and feel better after I have done.
Make time.

Water Really Is The Greatest Thing
It helps with weight loss, keeps you hydrated, aids digestion, improves your skin, eliminates toxins, improves your mood, boosts your metabolism ......... the list is bloody endless - google it and get drinking!

Embrace Your Passions (Even if no-one around you is interested!)
I saw a certain someone's tweet the other day, they were super sad that no-one in their family understood their passion, this is something I know all too well.
I bloomin' LOVE Disney and everything about it - but 99% of my friends and family probably couldn't give two poop's about it and think I'm a little crazy! (I know you roll your eyes at me!)
But.... who cares?! I LOVE it and I don't care it people might look at me like I'm silly, it makes me happy and that's all that matters!
Have a random hobby? Collect spoons? Fascinated by sharks? Maybe you are a secret black belt? Embrace that passion, as long as you love it that's all that matters, be proud to have different interests.

Be A First Rate Version Of Yourself Not A Second Rate Version Of Someone Else
Nowadays this is become more and more of an issue in society, especially with us ladies. We are all on the internet constantly - don't lie... I see you right here!
I am so guilty for continuous looking at other people, green eyes out in full force! But really I should be trying to make myself the best ME I can be, not a similar version of someone else! Be you, rock it.

You'll Never Be Able To Please Or Get Along With Everyone

People always joke to me that I 'get on with everyone' and that I 'like everyone' and I mean it's mostly true - I couldn't tell you anyone that I HATE (That is such a strong word.) and I do like to make an effort with everyone I meet.
I've always hated the thought of people not liking me or being annoyed at me but as I've grown I've realised that this isn't always possible and I need to stop being such a sensitive Sally. That's life.

Positivity Creates & Attracts Positivity
PMA. Positive Mental Attitude.

Hearing other people constantly moaning has made me realise how I sound when I'm moaning day in day out - boring, annoying and depressing! (I'm sorry to everyone that knows me!)
I'm trying to hardest to see everything in a positive light - it's crazy how much it can change your day and I really do believe that being positive will lead to and attract positive things!
Career in writing/blogging come at me bro, I'm coming for you.

Blogging Behind The Scenes : How I Stay Organised

Starting a blog has turned me into a crazy organised lady.
Well.... only when it comes to blog stuff - the rest of my life is still a mess.... but my blogging game is sorted (most of the time).
Since starting A Yellow Brick Blog back in 2013 I have slowly worked out a system of how I can get all my bits and bobs in order each week and how to not get too overwhelmed or stressed out about it all.
Don't get me wrong I have weeks where I am tearing my hair out and have no idea where to start or what to do but for the most part I'm fairly organised and prepared for what I have to do that day/week.

So I thought why not add another post to my 'Blogging Behind The Scenes' series and let you guys know how I keep organised when it comes to writing, posting, photo-taking etcetcetc.

1. Lists, lists, lists
I could not tell you how many lists I have lying around. I have lists of post ideas, things to-do, photos I need to take, e-mails I need to reply too - I could not keep organised without my handfuls and handfuls of lists. (I do not joke when I say I can notebook after notebook scattered around my home

2. Bulk Photo Taking
This is a must for me. Working full-time I don't have alot of time throughout the week to sit down and focus on my blog - it's mainly only on my days off. So when I get time to get on with things I try and cram as much as I can in.
When I take photos I try and take as many as possible for as many posts as possible so that when I'm ready to sit down and start writing all the pictures for the post are ready for me to add - it saves SO much time.

3. Scheduling Posts
Well.... this is number one for me. When people say to me 'How do you schedule posts?' I'm like ...whhhhhat?! How do you not?!
Near enough all my posts are scheduled - and what this means is that once I am done writing a post and I'm ready to upload it I choose the day and time I want it to go live.
This means I can sit on a Sunday and write and upload all my posts for the upcoming and not have to worry about them as they will automatically just go up when they are set too! Easy peasy!

4. Setting Aside Time
I work a full time job - that's 9 hours a day 5 days out of the week.
So when I know I'm going to have some spare time with nothing going on I near enough always fill it with blogging (Yup... it's a pretty demanding hobby).
It's normally on one of my days off and I try and cram in as much as I possibly can.
I have my little set-up which I like to sit at and with all my photos already taken and ready to add to a post I normally just sit down and write, write, write.

How do you keep yourself organised?

Blogging Behind The Scenes : How I Make My Collages

This is a question I have been asked so many times over the last couple of years - 'how do you make those collages?"
I'm talking about my wishlists, my 'I'm Loving' posts, my 'Dress Like Disney' posts etc etc. It's always kind of hard to explain over Twitter or on Facebook so I thought what better than to do a quick and easy 'How To' blog post for you all!

First up I use picmonkey.com (my ultimate blogging weapon!).
These posts normally don't take me too long as most of the time I get all my content prepped before I start making the collage itself.
I head to PicMonkey and to get started I click edit, choose computer and find a previous collage I have done or a good sized photo.
Once the picture had uploaded I then go straight to 'Canvas Colour' and change it to plain white (colour code ffffff) to give me a fresh base to work on.
Once this is done I click the butterfly symbol tab on the side bar which is for overlays (pictures) and then go to the top option which is 'Your Own'.
Previous to this I normally have found all the pictures that I want to be included in the collage. Depending on what sort of post I am doing depends on where I get the pictures from but I near enough always go for a picture with a plain white background as it is easier to work with and well.... they look better!
I find the picture I want online (e.g. Stitch cushion) and save it to my computer.

Once I've found the image I want when I've clicked on 'Your Own' overlay I just double click and upload it to the picture.

I carry on doing this with all my pictures for the collage and then it's time for the fun part - to re-size, organise and make them into a pretty collage.
This part is normally pretty straight forward, sometimes I just need to eraser bits here and there if photos are laying on top of each other/blocking each other.
For this all I do is click on the photo in question and choose 'Eraser' - I usually whack my eraser size up to fairly large to make things quicker and  I just get rid of that white background from the picture that I don't need or that is in the way!
Another way I get around photos blocking each other is sending them to the front or back, which is when I send the photo chosen to be bought forward and lay on top of another photo or to be send behind.
After all the fiddling around and once I'm happy with the finished result I click combine all making the collage into one solid picture.
It's then time to save! I just hit the save button at the top which then gives you options as to how you would like to save your photo.
ALWAYS save in PNG form, this ensures that the backdrop to your photo is bright white when uploading it to your blog, normally if you save it in JPG form it is a little grey and doesn't look as good.
And..... TA DA! Here's the finished project! (Everything pictured from the Disney Store UK)

I hope you guys found this helpful, let me know in the comments below and let me know if you'd like anymore 'How To' posts!

Losing My Blogging Mojo

For the last month or so I feel like I have started every single post with the same sort of statement - "Sorry I've been so MIA" "I'll be back doing lots of blog posts soon" etc etc and believe me, I have tried. I really, really have tried.

You've probably noticed if you've followed my blog for a while that I've slowly been posting less and less, which I have been so sad about! I've stopped and had a sit down when I've a free hour or so alot recently and have tried to get into my usual little blogging groove that I've had for the past 2 and a half years but my mind has just been so completely empty.

No original thoughts popping up, no drive to form any sort of content.... I've just been struggling, really struggling and to be honest I never thought I'd see the day.

Since starting A Yellow Brick Blog up 'properly' in 2013 my passion for blogging and the community has just grown and grown and I really have loved every second! I've always had a real motivation and dedication for making my posts fresh, frequent and fun, so this new feeling was very alien to me and I haven't liked it one bit!

Yes, I know you're all going to say that we all need a break sometimes and if it doesn't feel right then just take a step back and have a breather - which is totally what I've done.... BUT the pressure of not getting certain jobs done or replying to certain e-mails has had me so stressed and that has totally sucked!

Over the last couple of weeks or so I've suddenly had the horrible feeling that this stuff maybe just isn't for me anymore - what is the point? where is it going? Do I even enjoy it anymore? Is it all worth it the time and effort?
Jesus... a bit serious right? haha - and not me at all, I'm not one to get all down in the dumps too often!
Blogging started off as a fun hobby for me to do whilst looking for a job a few years ago and this little thing has grown into something that I couldn't of ever imagined (even though in the grand scheme of things it is still teeny tiny!) but I can't deny how much I LOVE it and how great it feels to have made this little spot online out of nothing!

After a fun-filled weekend letting my hair down at Bestival and not having to think about blogging at all, I feel totally refreshed I really feel ready to get back into blogging, in fact.... I think I've got my mojo back!

So fingers crossed this is the old blogging Kirstie back, ready and raring to go!

Love you guys, thank you for baring with me :)

Happy 2nd Birthday A Yellow Brick Blog!

I can't believe it! A Yellow Brick Blog officially turns 2 years old today!
It's been around 104 weeks since I decided to properly start up this blog (after many failed attempts) and to be quite honest - I can't really remember life before it. (what on earth did I do with my spare time?)
This little site has well and truly taken over my life but in a totally fabulous and positive way! Even with the hours wasted taking photos in crap lighting, the pressure I put on myself to constantly upload and a few technical blunders here and there I have loved every second. I am so grateful for the journey it has put me on and I'm nowhere near ready to get off this ride anytime soon.

2nd Year Stats (as of 19/05/2015) :

Bloglovin' Followers : 3,512
Twitter Followers : 9,835
Facebook Likes : 1,555
Instagram : 1,903
Pageviews : 502,900

Just reading those has me overwhelmed! I want to say a massive thank you for every like, tweet, retweet, follow, click you may have done over the last couple of years!
I'm so proud of where my little spot on the internet has got to, it's more than I had ever thought of, and I will always keep striving to keep it going for as long as I can.
Goals for year 3 :

Hit 5,000 Followers.
Carrying on uploading to youtube as well as writing blog posts.
Finally meet the bloggers who have been so lovely to me.
Become more confident with my content.

As a proper 'thank you' I wanted to hold a giveaway - it's been a while since I had one on here and I thought it would be a great way to celebrate another year of blogging fun, for both myself and you lovely lot :)
So keep your eyes peeled, hit follow and check back tomorrow when I will be starting it up!

November Favourites 2014

Well, I think this is the latest I have ever put up a favourites post... it's the 11th December already - I do apologise!
November seems like a long old time ago now, but me being me I had written down a list of things I wanted to include in a November favourites post so I have not forgotten!
I was lucky enough to tick something off my bucket list in November and that was to see Wicked.
I have always wanted to see it and for years now I have been praying it would come to our nearest theater, so last year when it was announced it was going to be on at the Mayflower, Southampton my Mum immediately bought us tickets for it and after over a year of waiting we finally got to see it!
It lived upto and exceeded every expectation I had, after listening to the soundtrack for months before it was amazing to finally see the whole story put together. It was a totally faultless and I will hands down be seeing it again for sure. Both witches were incredible and Glinda made me laugh out loud, she was brilliant! Not going to lie.... it was emotional!

After trying out a few products from theBalm in November two of them have found themselves in my new everyday make-up routine. Bahama Mama* and Mary-Lou-manizer* have taken the place of my Sleek contour palette and are now the products I use to contour and highlight! To see my full reviews of these click here and here.

My go-to lipstick of the month had to be Mac's Rebel. My favourite berry shade for the winter, I use this lippy all the time - I'm definitely going to have to re-purchase by the end of this season I reckon!

I think I mentioned these in my last favourites but I'm still using them daily and that is Glade's Honey & Chocolate candle. I have about 4 or 5 of these dotted around my home now, they have been on offer in co-op so I have stocked up while they were cheap! The smell is amazing, it smells a bit like Angel (perfume) and it lasts for hours! Perfect for the home at this time of year.

A new perfume in my life now and that is Kenzo Flower which I have become increasing obsessed with. I got this from my Vivabox* (read about that here!) and have been wearing it constantly since getting it! I know this is more of a light, summery fragrance but because it's new to me I can't help but use it everyday at the moment!

Last but not least is a cheeky clothing item! This Central Perk Friends T-shirt is from Primark and was only £6! Being a huge 'Friends' fan I picked it up straight away, how cute is it? It fits so well, I love cosy everyday t-shirts like this and I have bought quite a few recently from Primarni! Bargain!

What have you been loving recently?

18 Months Of Blogging : 5 Things I've Learnt

I can't believe I'm saying this but today I had been running this blog for 18 months straight! A year and a half of chatting beauty, boots (on my feet and the store...obvs!) and even boobs!
This time has flown by but at the same time I don't remember my life without blogging. I will hold my hands up and say it has completely and utterly taken over my life and it feels like my baby, a job and a hobby all in one!

Thinking back over the last 18months and looking at how much my blog has changed and grown I thought I would share the 5 main things I've learnt so far! My attitude towards blogging is slightly different now to when I started!
Spot the awesome pyjamas.....
1. Numbers aren't everything
If you are anything like me you may agree with this!
When I started blogging I thought alot about how many people were clicking on my links, how many followers I was gaining every week and, I'll be honest, watching my blog grow came a bit obsessive.
As time has gone on though I've realised that that really doesn't matter! I would much rather have 1 person click on my blog and LOVE the post I've written, write a comment/ share it than 100 people clicking on my blog, scan reading what I've put and clicking straight off again not really caring!
Obviously I'm always striving to increase my audience though, I think every blogger is, but I would honestly be happy writing posts even if I only had 10 followers who enjoyed them!
I am so so grateful for every single follower I have and watching the numbers grow over time has been totally mind boggling to me - how on earth have I managed to convince nearly 2800 of you to hit "follow" is totes crazy, I love you!

2. Blogger pals are the best
Yes we have a little community and yes 90% of the time us blogger friends have never even met each other but still - we are internet friends for now and that is fine!

Imagine talking to people who have the exact same interests as you, know the ins and outs of your hobby as well as you do and are pretty darn cool?
The blogging community is probably online 24 hours a day so there is always someone to talk too, they are so supportive - especially when your having a "whats the point? My blog is pants" kind of day and can always help when you have any kind of trouble or need advice!
PLUS they all have blogs you can read and enjoy - duh!
Not only that but they don't have those pesky questions that non-bloggers like to ask... alot! "What's a blog?" "Why do you do that?" "You get free stuff?" "I don't get it." "What's the point?" "Do you get paid?"  haha I've lost count of how many times people have asked me these things!

I've been so lucky to make some lovely friends during the last year and a half - Kate, Liza, Megan, Estelle, Ellie, Becky, Shree to name just a few! Thank you girls for making me feel so welcome <3

3. Living on an island can suck
I live on an island and work full-time so being able to go to fabulous events is more or less always a no-no. I literally haven't been to one event or one meet-up yet and I am so disappointed with myself!
With most opportunities being in London the travel cost alone for just a 2 hour event is too much for me to justify plus most of the time I cant't get home in time for a boat which isn't 3am - which isn't ideal when I'll 9 times out of 10 have work the next day!
In 2015 I really want to try and take advantage more of all the opportunities that come my way, I feel like I miss out on so much - especially meeting other bloggers!

4. You can always say no
When I received my first e-mail from a company asking me if I would like to collaborate with them for a blog post I was over the moon and I still am every single time I receive one.
But over time I have had some blooming random things offered to me and because of this I have learnt that saying 'no' is actually really okay, it's not rude and it's not ungrateful.
My blog is my blog so I'm not going to include anything that I don't belive in or aren't myself interesed in - for me, it's not right.
For example a company approached me about an acne treatment - I've ever had acne in my life so I felt like it just wasn't something that was relevant to me and my life and therefore my blog, I explained this and the company was totally understanding. I don't think it's rude to decline offers, it's just honest.
There are thousands of bloggers out there so if something you know isn't for you, there will always be someone it suits!
I try my hardest to e-mail back to every e-mail I get though, even if the answer is no. (Although sometimes I am so so slow I want to punch myself!)

5. Aesthetics are key
To be honest I probably knew this when I started out just from reading other people's blogs and reading things online in general.
A clean, neat and tidy blog/website is always going to have a more engaging audience then something that is wild, wacky and hard to navigate!
I am always looking at people's blogs and dribbling at their amazing layouts, logos, buttons, photos, collages and headers - you girls and guys have done some amazing work
I am pleased with the progress I have made when it comes to the look of A Yellow Brick Blog and it's posts. I've definitely grown from the dodgey photo editing and self-made header I started off with and am I so pleased with what it's turned into so far.
I know I have a long way to go when it comes to perfecting photography and things, in my head that's what I am seriously lacking but hopefully in the not too distant future I'll be able to invest in a new camera, some lighting and really up my blogging game!

I'm still learning with blogging and everyday I'm so glad I deciding to give it a go and pursue something I admired so many other people for! Here;s to the next 18 months!

What have you learnt so far with blogging?

Beauty Haul - October 2014

Hh dear.... I've been let loose with the bank card again!
I always get the urge to splurge and this month I have succumb to that ever-so-present beauty blogger itch and treated myself to a few new bits and bobs!
Some of my favs re-purchased and some brand spanking new things I will no doubt fall in love with aswell and I thought why not let you girls and boys have a cheeky peek inside my shopping bags!
Sorry for the pretty pants photos - it is my mission of the next few months to really try and improve my blog's content and photography, hopefully you will be able to tell the difference soon!
First up the make-up.... those bits I expect you are all probably most interesed in! I'll start at the top and work my way along!

Nivea Fruity Shine Lipbalm in Watermelon
Nivea is easily one of my favourite bargain drugstore brands so when I spot a newbie enter their collection I have to get my hands on it! Lip balm's are a must for this time of year and although I already own about 42 million I couldn't help but be sold buy the words "new" and "watermelon" - this smells lovely and has a lovely pink tint to it aswell!

No7 Presicion Lips Pencil in Raspberry
It came to my attention that although I wear alot of fuchsia's and bright pink lip colours I don't have a lip liner that goes with them and with the classic £3 off voucher for No7 this seemed like the perfect bargain. It's a gorgeous pink which blends with some of my favourite lipsticks so well!

Rimmel's Eyebrow Pencil in Hazel
This is a must for me - use it daily and have probably gone through about 203 in my lifetime so far.

Seventeen Define & Conquer
A newbie from the high street, Seventeen have bought out a contour kit yippee! and although I'm totally happy with my one from Sleek I couldn't just walk past this and not pick it up! A gorgeous bronzer alongside a shimmering highlight, I know that I will get so much use out of this!

Boujouis' Healthy Mix Foundation -Vanilla
Another repurchase - this is one of my go-to everyday foundations, I'm near enough always wearing either this or L'oreal's True Match.

Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet Lipstick - Ole Flamingo!
Seeing as Bourjois was on two for £14 I had to pick up something else (obviously) and I went for this little beauty! Having seen sooo many people posting selfies with a gorgeous lip colour and soooo many times seeing it is this shade I finally decided to grab it! It's a lovely matt pink which I know I'm going to be wearing alot over this next season.

Seventeen Phwaorr Paints - Medium
You've seen been rave about this countless times! The best concealer I've ever used I go through sooo many - I've even got my Mum using it now!

Seventeen Quicker Slicker Nail Polishes x 3
It was about time I purchased some new darker nail polishes! I recently did a huge clearout out of products and things and lots of nail polishes didn't make the cut so it was time to stock up on some newbies!

Natural Collection Lipglosses - Vanilla & Turkish Delight
I like having cheap lipglosses in my bag especially for work days, these smell amazing and were only £3.50 for 2!
Now a few skincare buys - which I definitely probably didn't need but you know what us girls are like...you can never have enough!

Nivea Soft Cream
I got through so much of this stuff! I use it every evening and swear by it!

La Roche-Posay Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel
This was actually on clearance at only £5.50 so I grabbed it! It is for oily sensitive skin which is perfect for me at the moment as my skin as taken a greasy turn for the worse, I'm really looking forward to trying ti out as I have heard such great things about this brand!

Aveeno Skin Relief Lotion
This stuff has become a total life saver so it was time I stocked up on some more! This is amazing for dry/irritated skin I highly recommended it!

Boots Simply Sensitive Deep Cleansing Mask
The first of the face mask's now and one that I haven't tried before! I am obsessed with trying out new ones and this was so cheap I thought it it was worth a go! Something that will last more than one use aswell!

Montagne Jeunesse Face Masks
This will come as no surprise to you regular readers - I buy these like they are going out of fashion and as they were on 3 for 2 in Boots I grabbed a handful! I got 3 of the creamy coconut, 1 hot sauna, 1 hot chocolate and 1 nut oil! All have been reviewed on here before so if you want to read more then just search them in the search bar on the right!
Ultimate Blends The Sleek Restorer Shampoo & Conditioner
I've bought these before and loved them, this new collection from Garnier is doing so so well, I've seen everyone picking them up! I love the scent, coconut is the best for me when it comes to haircare! The Sleek Restorer really does work aswell making my hair smoother and frizz-free... for once!

Ultimate Blends The Sleek Perfector Oil
After seeing VelvetGhost's September favs video and watching her rave about this stuff I decided to give it a go myself! I have used it so much already and am LOVING it - I'm sure it will be mentioned again on here soon!

Boots Coconut & Almond Intensive Hair Mask
More coconut goodness! These are the best value for money hair mask's ever! £1.99 each or 2 for £2 on offer - I bought 4! I use this a couple of times a week and it leaves my hair so shiny and smelling great!

Moroccanoil Treatment Oil
Probably my favourite oil I've ever tried, it is a tad more expensive than others I have but I only use it after I've washed my hair so maybe 3 times a week!
