30 Day Snap #6 - Walks in the park

I took this photo whilst I was walking my dogs earlier in my local park! (yup that's one of them in the photo) This park is literally a 5 minute walk away from my house and leads down to my favourite beach ever. So many amazing childhood memories here!
One thing I've never noticed though is this tree! My brother, who I was with, said it's been there for a couple of years now, but I had no idea! The top has been carved in too some amazing owls and I think a squirell aswell - thought it would be perfect for today's 30 day snap!

30 Day Snap #5 - Scrunchies in the Sunshine

I am loving all the 90s trends that are coming back in, when I was a teenager all I could think was ewww I will never wear that again - I was so so wrong! From the fashion in Clueless to the trends in Save By The Bell, I am in love!
So this week I decided to buy some new hair scrunchies (yes! scrunchies!) - I'm loving high ponytails at the moment too, especially as my hair will actually go up now after it's little growth spurt! So here's just a little photo of my hair today, this one is just a little one - pink polka dot with a bow, a super quick and messy style but that's all I needed!

Wise Words On A Wednesday #3

Here we are again, another mid-week post from me! Today I wanted to share with you one of my favourite quotes!

Twenty years from now, you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So, throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore, dream, discover” — Mark Twain
Now I really do love alot of the famous quotes from Mark Twain but this one definitely speaks to me the most. The part which says "Sail away from the safe harbour" is quite personal as it reminds me alot of myself and where I am from (being surrounded by water and all) and does make me remember that I need to go out and see the world, not stay put here! (this is also up there on my list of tattoo ideas) Like they say, travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer so go -  'Explore, Dream, Discover!'

One Dress For All Occasions

So if you are like me you are loving all the trends that have come in for this year! One of my top picks for this season is dungarees and pinafore dresses. I just love how cute they look and how they can be worn in so many different ways!

30 Day Snap #4 - Sparkle & Shine

Day 4 is here and it is STILL sunny - what's going on?! I finally got round to painting my nails today, the chipped look really wasn't working for me - no-one can pull that off!
I was definitley feeling in a girly pink mood after doing my hair and make-up this morning so I settled for No7 Stay Perfect Nail Colour in ME! ME! ME! (250) with the Kardashian Kolor OPI nail polish in Rainbow In The S-Kylie over the top on my ring fingers. What colour have you got on your nails at the moment?
