Really.... what kind of a beauty blogger am I?! Terrible!
This newbie product from Rimmel seemed right up my street, especially as 1. I'm on a budget and 2. this is my first eye brow gel product so I picked it up without even thinking twice!
There weren't many shades to choose from but Medium Blonde seemed perfect for me anyway!
Brow This Way (love the name) comes in a small mascara type tube and is priced at £3.99!
The brush is about half the size of a mascara brush (obviously... you don't want half your forehead a medium brown shade!) and I've found it really easy to apply.
Just one easy swipe across each brow leaves them defined and set in place for the whole day. I have still been using my pencil for the inner part of the brows as they are a bit thin on the ground after years of being a teenage overplucker, but apart from that this is the only product I've needed!
I love the natural look it gives, compared to my usual thick powders and pencils I've become so comfortable with using over the years, this gives me a great defined shape without a huge amount of product clogging up my brows!
It's lightweight and doesn't feel hard or crispy... my worst nightmare!
I'm so glad I've found this, it is perfect for my brows at the moment where my tint from HD brows has faded a fair bit! I may buy another shade aswell for when my HD brows are first done and slightly darker!
Have you guys tried any eyebrow gels yet? I really want to try the benefit one out now I know I can get along with them!
I actually haven't tried an eyebrow gel myself! I had the same hesitation about product build up and my brows feeling crispy. But with your review and the affordable price, I can't think of a reason not to try it!

This product looks great! I have pretty thin eyebrows- from also being a teenage over plucker! But mine have struggled to grow back!

I really wanted to try the Benefit Gimme Brow but it is a bit out of my price range at the moment, so I am really happy to see that Rimmel have a much more affordable version. Cant wait to get my hands on this next time I am at Boots or Superdrug! Lovely review.

This looks like a perfect dupe for the Benefit version. It's definitely going on my shopping list! Thanks for sharing :)! X

I REALLY need to pay for HD brows and this sounds like a great product to have alongside it xx
ReplyDeleteI've become so loyal to my HD Brows Palette that I always forget about Brow Gels. This one sounds awesome though so I may have to pick a tube up next time I'm in town and see if it works on my super thick, bushy brows. Raspberrykiss xo
ReplyDeleteOooh I'll definitely have to give this a whirl, definitely a cheaper alternative to Benefit!

I love Anastasia products normally - but nice to see cheaper alternative out there. One issue I have with this is the length of the brush - you end up with color outside the brow and having to tidy up with Q tips - I wish the brush was more of a ball - i.e. smaller!
ReplyDeleteI have just bought this and I am very on the fence about it! I have only used it a few times, once successfully and once awfully. I will keep persisting though,

I use the Maybelline Brow Drama, I've repurchased it twice so it's not a bad product, I just don't really get along with the brush (it's got a big.. er, ball on the end?!) so I will definately be giving this ago next time my maybelline one runs out!
